Will I get the same cleaner?
We want a friendly, professional long-lasting business relationship built off trust with you. That's why you are assigned a single operations manager and a team that is familiarized with your home and needs. This will always guarantee the same cleaning professionalism on every job and avoid unwanted surprises. If our staff members get sick or schedules a vacation on a day that conflicts with your cleaning program, you will be notified, and your designated operations manager will send one of the other team members assigned to your home as a replacement. (Unless requested otherwise)
Do I need to be home for my schedule cleaning?
No, you should be out making up for lost time. We do suggest that you are present for the initial clean to show us around the property and any areas you'd like us to focus on, but we understand that isn't always possible.
Do you offer free in-home estimates?
Yes! Just give us a call or click the buttons on this page to request a free competitive estimate at your schedule. Our field operators have vast experience and have been with us for years. They know all the ins and outs of what it really takes to have your homes professionally cleaned.
Do you provide all the cleaning supplies?
Yes we do. Our cleaning teams know the best products and how to use them correctly. They come completely equipped to knock out their cleaning checklists that will make your home sparkle. However, we're happy to use any specialty products you may prefer (customer provided).
What if my home is particularly dirty?
We have plenty of cleaning programs for all type of home environments. We are here to serve you and help you feel refreshed in your home. Your designated operations manager will gladly resolve your janitorial needs without question. From light up-keeping to heavy duty maintenance, we got you covered :)
Does your staff hate what they do?
